In 2013, Pan Shi Landscape Engineering Co., Ltd. was registered and began construction in Jinshan District, Shanghai; in 2014, it officially started production, with an annual output capacity of 9,000 tons of gel-enhancing agents, 5,000 tons of emulsifying agents, 6,500 tons of colorants, and 3,000 tons of surface protective agents. In 2015, we officially launched our involvement in sponge city construction, accumulating a total construction area of 6 million square meters per year. In 2016, we established a subsidiary, Pan Shi (Shanghai) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Permeable concrete, also known as drainage concrete, is a new type of environmentally friendly ground paving material made by mixing small stones, high-grade concrete, permeable admixtures, water, colored intensifiers, and stabilizers in specific proportions. It features a porous, lightweight structure formed when coarse aggregates are coated with a thin layer of mortar and bonded together in a honeycomb-like pattern, allowing rainwater to seep into the ground and replenish groundwater effectively. It also effectively reduces the environmental hazards caused by oil compounds and other pollutants on the ground surface.
