. Our distillery is located in the core production area for sauce-aroma baijiu and is a large-scale enterprise engaged in the production and storage of sauce-aroma baijiu! Our sauce-aroma baijiu is crafted meticulously using local red Yingzi sorghum, wheat, and Chishui River water as raw materials, leveraging the region’s superior natural environment and inheriting the traditional Kunsha sauce-aroma baijiu brewing techniques. The entire production process employs the “wine-to-wine blending” method exclusively, with no added substances—including water—used at any stage. From production and storage to final shipment, the process takes more than five years.
