Established in 2000, the Shanghai Punch Press Repair Department was formerly the East China After-sales Service Department of Shanghai Forging and Pressing Machine Tools. In 2000, it was reorganized into the Shanghai Punch Press Repair Department. With strong technical expertise, we have long provided import and domestic punch press repair and maintenance services to manufacturers in Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang. We repair and maintain imported punch presses from brands such as AIDI, AMADA, KOMATSU, DOBBY, WASINO, ISIS, WAISNC, WOOJIN, DONGSUNG, HNCP, Jinfeng, Xieyi, Fengyu, Lixing Chen, Xingtai, Yingyu, and others, including vibratory and Dongtai, Shenqi punch presses. We also service domestically produced punch presses from Shanghai Erduan, Yangzhou Forging and Pressing, Yangli, Xuduan, Zhejiang, Jinan, and other manufacturers, covering models ranging from 3.15T to 1500T—numerically controlled, mechanical, turret, and high-speed punch presses. Commonly used spare parts include: 1. Punch press overload protection devices (Japanese/Taiwanese); 2. Punch press photoelectric safety devices (Japanese/South Korean/domestic, with reflective sheets available separately); 3. Punch press solenoid valves (TACO, ROSS, TOYOOKI, MAC); 4. Punch press friction plates, brake pads, seals, and oil seals (dry/wet types); 5. Manual/IHI SK-505 electric grease pumps (with spare parts available separately), oil distributors, and manual oilers; 6.
