Our business scope covers industrial adhesives, lubricants, control systems, vacuum systems and fans, media pumps, fluid connectors, pneumatic components, fuel delivery systems, automated testing equipment, and transportation technology. In addition to Phidix products and related brands, we also offer Bostik adhesives, Valvoline lubricants, Cognex automated monitoring devices, Kinney vacuum pumps, M-D fans, GlobalGear gear pumps, Fill-Rite fuel/lubricant pumps, FPP high-precision flow meters, Cablecraft push-pull flexible shafts, Hansen and Gromelle quick-connect fittings, Norgren pneumatic components, Herion valves, Buschjost valves, and other industrial brands.
Phidix comprises several companies and factories, organized into five major business divisions based on service areas.
The Drive Control Division established a partnership with the former Tuthill Control Group (Cablecraft) in China as early as 2004. After the Control Group became independent, Phidix acquired an imported assembly line and joined the Control Group’s Global Assembler program. In April 2011, Phidix successfully obtained the Global Assembler certification authorized by the Control Group (Cablecraft) in China, becoming a multifunctional management and development center (PMDC) integrating production, assembly, sales, technical support, and after-sales services. To facilitate management and provide better service and technical support to end customers, Phidix registered a wholly-owned subsidiary, “Phidix Drive Control Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.” in September 2011, responsible for drive control technology research and development as well as production and operational management. Phidix’s international trading company serves as a procurement platform for imported components and a sales platform for domestic end customers. Through extensive cooperation with automotive manufacturers worldwide, the Phidix Drive Control Division is committed to providing high-quality transmission control systems and technical service solutions for industrial customers in sectors such as luxury buses, heavy-duty trucks, construction machinery, mining equipment, rail transit, aerospace, and shipbuilding.
The Vacuum Fan Division has fully introduced the Kinney series of vacuum pumps, fans, and related products from the United States. The Kinney vacuum pump boasts over 100 years of history. Founded in 1907, the Kinney Vacuum Group developed the slide valve pump two years later. By 1926, Kinney had created vacuum pumps suitable for large-scale commercial applications. These vacuum pumps have driven advancements in global vacuum technology, enabling mass production of light bulbs, radio tubes, refrigeration, air-conditioning systems, and other products. Kinney vacuum pumps and fan systems (TVBS) are widely used across various industries, including photovoltaics, aerospace, petrochemicals, wastewater treatment, refrigeration, automotive, and semiconductors. By continuously introducing vacuum brands and products from abroad, the Phidix Vacuum Fan Division is dedicated to providing vacuum and fan system solutions for industrial customers in photovoltaic, aerospace, fine chemicals, biopharmaceuticals, wastewater treatment, and material handling industries.
The Fluid Power Division, based on the U.S.-imported fluid connector product series from Eaton, has built an extensive fluid control product line covering both hydraulic and pneumatic fields. With two major brands—Hansen from the U.S. (founded in 1915) and Gromelle from France (founded in 1950)—the division offers more than 3,000 product models to meet diverse customer needs in handling air, process gases, and liquids. Products are available in various materials, including brass, plastic, steel, and stainless steel, offering high durability and reliability for dependable operation in industrial applications. Originating from Europe and the U.S., these products are widely used in industries such as automotive, chemical, aerospace, hydraulic equipment, and metallurgy. Through collaboration with the UK’s Norgren, part of the IMI Group, Phidix’s Fluid Power Division has successfully introduced a range of pneumatic products—including Norgren pneumatic components, Herion valves, and Buschjost valves—providing pneumatic and fluid control solutions for industrial customers in papermaking, petrochemicals, medical devices, aerospace, and other sectors.
The Specialty Chemicals Division initially introduced Henkel automotive chemicals from Germany for domestic sales. In recent years, through close cooperation with Bostik from the U.S. and Shurtape from the U.S., it has comprehensively introduced adhesives, sealants, anti-seize compounds, tapes, conductive pastes, antifreeze fluids, lubricants, greases, and other products with varying performance characteristics across rail transit, shipbuilding, buses, construction, and a wide range of industrial sectors. Bostik is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of adhesives and sealants, whose products are primarily used in industrial, construction, and consumer adhesive markets, extensively applied in hygiene products, woodworking furniture, packaging, paper products, labels, transportation, construction, and civil engineering. Through partnerships with chemical suppliers such as Bostik, the Phidix Specialty Chemicals Division is committed to providing sustainable and innovative specialty chemical application solutions for industrial customers in rail transit, wind power, photovoltaics, shipbuilding, and bus manufacturing.
The Import & Export Division is dedicated to building an import and export service platform that connects the world, providing integrated supply chain assurance for the implementation of industrial customer solutions globally.
