Now, based on their specific processes and taking into account both domestic and international soldering machine characteristics, we can quickly help customers select the right soldering tips and provide APOLLO soldering machine accessories, offering optimal soldering methods that enable your soldering robots to swiftly enter mass production. This significantly reduces costs associated with consumables during commissioning. Our equipment development department specializes in the design and manufacture of non-standard automated equipment, covering areas such as machining and forming, automatic assembly machines, testing machines, life-testing machines, automatic threading and shaping machines, thickness sorting machines, optical inspection instruments, automatic control system development, and other types of equipment. In our equipment development projects, we can integrate stepper/servo systems, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, PLC/microcontroller technologies, and develop accompanying software controlled via computers or touch screens. All structural designs are created using internationally recognized CAD-CAM design software. Our product department boasts extensive collaborative experience in product development, primarily focusing on: product design (3D and 2D), prototyping, injection mold manufacturing, die-casting mold manufacturing (for aluminum and zinc alloys), metal stamping dies, mass production assembly and testing, electronic control circuit design and development, and assisting customers with the procurement and commissioning of components outside their primary industry to ensure complete service coverage.
