Currently, the company operates two complete steel pipe production lines: The first line comprises six cold-drawing production lines and one hot-rolling production line equipped with the 60mm and 90mm piercing machines originally owned by Haihui Steel Pipe Factory. This line primarily produces medium-to-thick-walled seamless steel pipes with outer diameters ranging from 30mm to 219mm. The second line features a 325mm ASSRL rolling mill—a domestically leading three-roll rolling mill that employs mandrel pre-piercing and limited-motion small-loop technology, along with a computer-controlled automated system, all reaching international standards. This line mainly produces pipes with outer diameters ranging from 177mm to 377mm and wall thicknesses from 10mm to 100mm, with outer diameter accuracy of ±0.5% and wall thickness accuracy of ±0.5%.
