We specialize in deep well drilling, mechanical deep well drilling, mechanical drilling, ground-source heat pump drilling, installation of water air conditioners, installation of water-based air conditioning systems, installation of water temperature control systems, installation of air coolers, installation of air cooler systems, installation of water air conditioners, engineering dewatering, deep well dewatering, pipe well dewatering, and excavation dewatering. We boast strong technical expertise and advanced equipment. We have a total of four chief engineers and eight senior technicians, with over 50 skilled workers each having more than eight years of experience. Our machinery models include: three SPJ-500 type water well drills, four SPJ-300 type water well drills, six SPJ-200 type water well drills, two rock-drilling rigs capable of reaching depths of up to 600 meters, eight SPJ-150 type water well drills, and nine SPJ-100 type water well drills. These machines can meet the water demand of enterprises and institutions ranging from 4 to 400 tons per hour. We also provide 68 sets of light-duty well-point dewatering equipment and 980 deep well dewatering pumps. This well can directly supply water for industrial production and is widely applicable to bath and leisure centers. It can also be used in aquaculture, agricultural irrigation, and as a backup water source for large shopping malls and hospitals, as well as an emergency water supply for fire protection in various enterprises. This well is an essential backup resource for all enterprises and institutions—providing warmth in winter and coolness in summer, with an inexhaustible and unlimited supply. A high-quality well can produce between 4 and 400 tons of water per hour or even more (depending on specific requirements). The water source is drawn from aquifers located tens to hundreds of meters below the ground surface, with crystal-clear and pure-tasting water. Such a deep well not only quickly addresses water shortages but also significantly reduces costs associated with tap water usage and sewage disposal, bringing double economic benefits to enterprises and truly achieving long-term returns from a single investment. Deep Well Construction Procedure A. Medium-sized deep wells are constructed using PPR plastic pipes with a diameter of 160 mm and a borehole diameter of 300 mm. The space around the borehole is filled with yellow sand, and the depth and water yield are determined based on geological and topographical conditions. B. Large-scale deep wells utilize high-pressure, high-temperature cement pipes with a diameter of 360 mm, each pipe measuring 4 meters in length. Both ends are connected by steel hoops, and the pipes are directly welded together. The borehole diameter is 600 mm, and the depth can reach from 100 to 600 meters. The surrounding annular space is filled with quartz sand. The exact water yield depends on your company’s specific needs, ensuring a reliable water supply. Dewatering Construction Procedure There are two main construction methods for dewatering wells: A. Deep-well dewatering (large-diameter dewatering): This method can achieve a dewatering depth of up to 60 meters, with a circumference and diameter of 40 meters. The specific construction plan is determined based on topographical and geological reports. B. Light-duty well-point dewatering (steel pipe vacuum dewatering): This method achieves a dewatering depth...Companies
