Order Information: First of all, thank you for choosing us as your partner. As the seller, we provide you with high-quality metal products and exceed your expectations in service. To ensure smooth cooperation, we have compiled some frequently asked questions during the sample process as follows: ① Sample Production: We accept orders for metal crafts of various shapes. You can consult us first; we will inform you about the material, craftsmanship, and applicable scope of the products, and ensure that they meet your requirements. You can also provide photos, concepts, or design drawings (in CDR format), and we will design and confirm them for you. A—In principle, we have no limit on order quantities, but smaller orders may result in higher unit prices. B—Generally, we waive the sample fee for products priced under 10 yuan, with shipping costs to be paid upon delivery. (Typical sample lead time is 3–7 days, excluding transit time.) C—Product Sampling: The mold fee ranges from 400 to 1,000 yuan, depending on the size of the product. If your order quantity is large, this fee will be refunded to you. D—Damage During Shipping: When we ship products to customers, they are usually packed in boxes or gift boxes. We recommend that customers inspect the items carefully in front of the courier staff when they receive the shipping notification or when the courier delivers the goods to their doorstep, checking for any damage or missing parts. E—Payment Issues: 1: For sample fees, pay the mold fee first to arrange sample production. For products priced under 10 yuan, we can provide samples free of charge. 2: For bulk orders, we typically require a 30% deposit of the total order amount as a down payment. The remaining balance can be paid after the products are completed—either by the customer coming to our factory for inspection or by us sending pictures for the customer’s confirmation. Once the customer confirms the order, payment can be made before shipment or upon collection of the goods with cash on delivery.
