Zhongshan Nuclear Yiwai New Energy Co., Ltd. was established in March 2018 through a joint venture between Zhongshan Nuclear Industry Group and Sweden’s EVI HEAT Company. It is a Sino-foreign joint venture with mixed ownership and a state-owned enterprise background.
Yiwai Company is positioned as a comprehensive energy service provider. The company aims to become a leading integrated energy service enterprise specializing in geothermal development and utilization (including medium-to-deep geothermal energy applications). With an industrial layout centered around “energy service provider, heat pump manufacturer, engineering contractor, and equipment distributor,” Yiwai adheres to the “Four-Commerce” development philosophy, focusing on energy services and environmental management fields such as cooling, heating, hot water supply, and air purification. We provide end-to-end services covering planning and design, equipment manufacturing, project construction, maintenance and repair, and investment and operation.
The company has now been certified by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology as a high-tech enterprise and a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise, and is a standing director unit of the HVAC and Refrigeration Industry Association. We hold general qualifications for mechanical and electrical engineering construction, specialized qualifications in building intelligent systems, fire protection engineering, architectural decoration and renovation, and anti-corrosion and thermal insulation engineering. We have obtained certifications for quality management systems, environmental management systems, and occupational health and safety management systems, as well as China’s professional certification for refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pumps.
The company actively builds green factories and has established an intelligent, flexible production line capable of producing 3,000 heat pump units annually. We have successfully developed various series of ground-source heat pumps, self-defrosting ultra-low-temperature air-source heat pumps, air-source heat pump units, high-efficiency ultra-low-temperature air-source heat pump pool heaters, and dryers. At the same time, we have built the largest low-environmental-temperature air-source heat pump (chilled water) unit laboratory in Northwest China, a 2,000 kW water-source heat pump unit performance testing platform, and a fan coil unit performance laboratory.

We provide personalized designs tailored to the actual energy needs of property owners and site-specific energy conditions, offering system solutions for geothermal energy, air-source heat energy, sewage-source heat energy, industrial waste heat, solar energy, cold and heat storage, and other applications. We also provide design, procurement, and construction services for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, building electrical systems, fire protection, and intelligent water supply and drainage projects, as well as renovation, maintenance, and operational services for building mechanical and electrical equipment systems.
