Shenzhen Danmeisen Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 2016. Its main factory is located in Xianghe Garden Industrial Park, Dashuikeng, Guanlan Town, Longhua District, Shenzhen, adjacent to the Jihuo Expressway, offering convenient transportation. Danmeisen specializes in the production and sale of printing and insulating materials. Our material range includes epoxy boards (3240 and FR4), PC sheets, PP rolls, PET rolls, barley (husk) paper, Quick-Ba paper, Nomex paper, red steel paper, aramid paper, DMD/NHN and other composite papers. The materials we produce are widely used in various fields of information materials, such as insulation for laptops, mobile phones, TV appliances, electronic cigarettes, optical media, new-energy vehicles, automotive instruments, and a variety of electronic products. The company’s Dongguan Tangxia factory can also provide production services for mobile phone tempered glass backplates, processing of mobile phone protective case backplates, and manufacturing and processing of windows and lenses for instruments and meters. The factory is equipped with 20 high-speed, high-precision CNC machines, 8 semi-automatic mobile phone case dispensing machines, 6 semi-automatic screen-printing machines, and 2 board-washing and drying lines. Daily output of backplates can reach up to 50,000 pieces, daily processing capacity for wireless charging slot grooving on mobile phone cases can reach 15,000 pieces, and daily output for wireless charging slot dispensing on mobile phone cases can reach 20,000 pieces.
The factory currently has 3 engineering development personnel and 5 quality control personnel. We can produce samples and manufacture products according to customer drawings or specifications, and we are fully capable of delivering high-quality products to our customers.
