Guangzhou Zhongke Testing Technology Service Co., Ltd. was formerly the Analytical Testing Center of the Guangzhou Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (established in October 1958). In accordance with the overall strategic adjustments and reorganization plans of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, CAS Holding (CASH), and Guangzhou Institute of Chemistry, CAS, the Analytical Testing Center was transformed into an independent legal entity—a third-party testing company. On March 7, 2011, it completed its business registration and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangzhou Institute of Chemistry, CAS.
After more than 50 years of development and growth, the company has become one of the largest analytical testing service providers in the Guangzhou area. It holds qualification for testing scientific research achievements recognized by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology and has passed the national metrological certification. The company is also undertaking the construction project of the Ministry of Science and Technology’s shared platform for analytical testing services in the chemical and chemical engineering industries, receiving support from the National Innovation Fund, and has been designated as a testing unit by the Guangdong Provincial Office for Registration of Hazardous Chemicals. Currently, the company has established offices and testing platforms in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Shunde, Zhanjiang, Shantou, Wuhan, and other locations, providing testing services and consulting services including component analysis, dioxin detection, environmental monitoring, material performance testing, environmental reliability testing, hazardous waste identification, and renewable resource identification. With numerous large-scale analytical testing instruments and highly experienced analytical testing personnel, the company provides strong support for supervisory inspections by government departments both within and outside the province, scientific research and technological innovation in research institutes, and analytical testing needs of industrial enterprises. Jiaxing Zhongke Testing Technology Service Co., Ltd. (Jiaxing Zhongke Testing) was jointly established through investment cooperation among Guangzhou Zhongke Testing Technology Service Co., Ltd., the Zhejiang Institute of Applied Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Zhejiang Xingke Technology Development Investment Co., Ltd., and completed its business registration on February 26, 2013.
As an independent third-party testing organization, Jiaxing Zhongke Testing also serves as the testing and analysis center platform of the Zhejiang Institute of Applied Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Relying on the 50-year technological accumulation and management experience of Guangzhou Zhongke Testing Technology Service Co., Ltd. (which has obtained national metrological certification—CMA certification—and food testing qualification certification—CMAF certification)—the company conducts quality measurement monitoring and testing, providing technical support and solving key technical challenges for government supervision and inspection, scientific research and technological innovation in research institutes, and analytical testing of raw materials and finished products for industrial and mining enterprises.
Jiaxing Zhongke Testing boasts a team of experienced senior and intermediate-level professional testing personnel holding doctoral and master’s degrees, as well as undergraduate-level testing assistants.
