The main products of Hubei Puchi Crane Machinery General Factory are: 1. BH-type explosion-proof electric hoist—lifting capacity: 0.5T–40T. It was among the first to obtain the “Production License” from the State Administration for Market Regulation and the “Explosion-Proof Qualification Certificate” from the National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Explosion-Proof Electrical Products. It boasts the largest lifting capacity and the most comprehensive range of specifications in the domestic industry.
2. HC-type large-tonnage electric hoist—lifting capacity: 8T–100T. It is suitable not only for M3 and M4 medium-duty working levels but also for the heavier M5 and M6 heavy-duty working levels. The improved HMXQ16G-84 hoist winch, designed specifically for industries such as cement and building materials, offers lifting heights ranging from 6m to 96m and can be equipped with dual brakes, encoders, and other safety devices according to customer requirements.
3. CD-type electric hoist—lifting capacity: 0.5T–20T. The whole machine features a reasonable structure and stable performance.
4. PHH tunnel shield segment crane—small in size and featuring a high working level (M5), available in three lifting capacities: 3.2t, 5t, and 6.3t. The traveling trolley uses chain drive, rack-and-pinion drive, or rubber-wheel drive. It has strong climbing ability (with a maximum climbing gradient of 10°), ensures safe operation, and incorporates interlocking functions between wired control and wireless remote control. It is easy to maintain and significantly reduces operating costs. Installation and maintenance are convenient, and it boasts high durability. With its compact structure, light weight, small size, and ease of operation, it can be installed independently on overhead I-beams or H-shaped steel beams, or integrated into electric single-beam, double-beam, cantilever, and gantry cranes.

6. Insulated electric hoist—this model is a special-purpose electric hoist mainly used in smelting workshops for non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, lead, zinc, and copper. The insulated electric hoist is equipped with insulation systems in multiple parts, including the trolley transmission mechanism and lifting mechanism, ensuring that each insulation point has a resistance value of no less than 1.0MQ under normal temperature conditions. The insulation system is made of materials with excellent insulation properties, high strength, and good wear resistance. The product basically consists of a lifting mechanism, running mechanism, insulation system, and electrical control system.
