Our company is located at the Jiading Base of the National University Science and Technology Park of Shanghai University. It was approved and established by the Jiading Industrial Zone of Shanghai Municipality, passed the environmental impact assessment review by the Shanghai Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, and has been granted by the Shanghai Administration for Industry and Commerce the sole license to engage in the research and development and production of special alloys such as high-temperature alloys, corrosion-resistant alloys, precision alloys, and titanium alloys—making us a high-tech enterprise with such qualifications.
In response to the nation’s “12th Five-Year Plan” aimed at fostering the development of strategic emerging industries, our company is actively and orderly developing high-end equipment manufacturing and new materials, thereby strengthening and expanding the high-tech industry. We have established close cooperation between academia and industry, leveraging the technological leadership of the School of Metallurgy at Shanghai University in the field of special alloys to accelerate industrialization and transform our technological advantages into production and market strengths. Together with senior technical experts from the former Institute of Steel Research, we harness practical operational and production experience to specialize in the development of special alloy products tailored for demanding and harsh working environments in mechanical manufacturing sectors including aerospace, petroleum, petrochemicals, electronics, nuclear energy, chemical industry, and marine industries.
The components made from special alloys operate under severe conditions such as high temperatures, heavy loads, and gas erosion. Therefore, these alloys must not only meet requirements for high-temperature instantaneous strength, creep resistance, fatigue life, and other performance characteristics but also address the issue of high-temperature oxidation. Consequently, the metallurgical quality of the raw alloy materials must be exceptionally high. To obtain high-quality alloys, it is essential to precisely control alloy composition and minimize the content of gases, harmful inclusions, and non-metallic impurities, thereby enhancing the purity of the alloy. After years of continuous exploration and constant improvement of our technical processes, our factory now employs a vacuum double-furnace and triple-furnace melting process. This process effectively removes low-melting-point non-ferrous impurity elements and gases from the alloy, significantly reduces non-metallic inclusions, and refines the crystalline structure, greatly improving the alloy’s hot-working properties. Coupled with our factory’s specialized forging expertise, we ensure the highest quality of the final alloy products.
Our company boasts strong R&D and production capabilities for new technologies and products, along with a comprehensive quality assurance system. We have obtained the latest ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification from the China Aviation Comprehensive Technical Research Institute: Beijing Aviation Association Certification Center (formerly the Aviation Quality Certification Center).
