The membrane switch factory is located within the Heshen Industrial Park in the Huaide Administrative Zone, Humen Town, Dongguan City, covering an area of 4,500 square meters. The PCBA factory is situated in the Danning Chuangfu Yingjia Industrial Park in Humen, Dongguan, occupying an area of 3,500 square meters. Yufei Electronics enjoys a superior geographic location—just 5 kilometers from a highway exit and conveniently close to Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong. It takes only 30 minutes by car to reach Shenzhen Airport and about one hour to Guangzhou Airport. Yufei Electronics is an emerging high-tech enterprise dedicated to providing resistive membrane switches, capacitive touch membrane switches, capacitive touch sensing circuits, membrane panels, membrane overlays, touchscreen bonding, touch display modules, microcontroller development, PCBA assembly, and complete machine solutions. Yufei Electronics has obtained certifications under ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, and OHSAS18001 standards. It is among the earliest membrane switch factories in the industry to achieve ISO13485 certification for medical devices. Yufei Electronics’ products are widely used in various fields including medical equipment, industrial control, automation, rail transit, aerospace and marine applications, network communications, consumer electronics, instrumentation, agricultural machinery, and equipment manufacturing. All of the company’s production workshops are classified as Class 100,000 cleanrooms with dust-free and anti-static environments; the printing workshop is even classified as Class 10,000. Additionally, there are two Class 1,000 cleanrooms with ultra-high precision and cleanliness, specifically designed for screen bonding and precision electronic assembly operations. The company has built its own quality testing laboratory equipped with advanced instruments such as salt-spray testers, high- and low-temperature environmental chambers, life-testing machines, convexity-height testers, secondary element analyzers, and curve-load testers. The company owns four semi-automatic screen-printing machines, two fully automatic printing lines, fully automatic punching machines, automatic stamping presses, metal stamping presses, vacuum bonding machines, degassing machines, and many other specialized equipment.
